Miles Cameron

About
Hi, I’m Miles. I’m an illustrator based in Catonsville Maryland, and a Towson University graduate. I’m not much of a talker, so I prefer expressing my feelings and thoughts in my illustrations and animations. Oh, I have a passion for animation too! My work is heavily inspired by anime, manga, and comics. A few of my favorite anime are Gurrenn Lagann, Kill La Kill, Yu Yu Hakusho and My Hero Academia. Check all of those series out if you’re ever curious about where some of my style’s influences came from! I’m always open to challenging myself and pushing myself past my limits when it comes to my work!

Drew Bonsu

Tay Rosenstock

About
I'm Tay! I'm an illustrator born and raised in central Maryland, and a soon-to-be holder of a BFA from Towson University. My work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators for their Student Scholarship Competition 2020. One of my number one priorities as an illustrator is depicting racial and ethnic diversity.
Formalities aside, I love collecting cute plushies, playing Overwatch, baking cookies and cakes, and annoying the hell out of my cat, Coco.

Francis Sowande

About
I’m a painter and I mainly use acrylic paint. I primarily like to paint people, especially Black people and I tend to focus on surrealism. So I take pictures or references that inspire me and I try to inject a little bit of fantasy into them.

Brandi Bush

About
Hi, I’m Brandi! I’m a visual artist based in Prince George’s County, Maryland. I attend Towson University where I’ll be getting a degree in Design Studies and Mass Communications. Most of my work consists of painting, drawing and 3D art, but I’ll work with anything I can get my hands on. I also specialize in Advertising and Public Relations. I hope to become a creative director to increase representation in the media. In my art, I depict the nuances within the Black community. You can check out some of my work @brandisartcloset on Instagram.

Michael Spooner

About
My name is Michael Spooner, and I am a self taught photographer and clothing designer. My photography targets of choice include landscapes, nature, and architecture, but I also enjoy photographing people, particularly Black people on interesting and vibrant backgrounds. I created a clothing brand called Color Brand focused on showcasing the vast color variety in my photography. One of the most significant influence on my creative expression is Frank Ocean, my favorite musician. His “Blonde” era music has had a huge influence on my artistic tastes, and the content that I have already created, and aspire to create. My creative goals are to continue improving my photography and design skills, and to dip my feet into even more creative mediums.

Boluwatito Ope

About

I’m currently exploring the different mediums such as graphite, pastel, acrylic paint, and digital, but so far my favorite is making sculptures out of different materials.
